Just as a child needs a caring parent; an athletic team needs a coach; your puppy needs a leader and a clear social hierarchy. Do not trust them with your credit card!!!! I order a hard copy training book. They issued 3 different charges one for $101.95, other for $37.00 and the third one for $97.00. I do not know the reason for 3 charges when I only want was the hard copy book. Also they charge me for international fees 3 charges for a total of $7.08. As far as I know Santa Monica, CA is still part of USA. After they got my credit card they charged me for whatever they sell without my authorization and refused to give me credit for the things I did not order but they say I did. I called them and they also denied the refund ant told me that my complain was outdated. My purchase was made on 12/27/2017 and I started to complain as my fist billing date Dec 12/ 2017 to Jan 11, 2018. I did not wait long to dispute but they absolutely denied my claims. Be careful with this people, they are professional thief, after they get your credit card number they charge anything they want. I have been charged total $247.05 for a book? This is the most expense book I ever paid for, but I did not order.
We will try our best to make sure you see the same coaches each week for your classes, because we think it is important for us to get to know you and your puppy. The coaches work in teams of three, so you should get to know all the team members over your course. So I read this companies response back to me and it asks me to send them some info so I find my original info for the purchase to prove I bought the training stuff and copied and pasted the email she gave me so there would be no mistake... AND IT BOUNCED BACK AT ME IMMEDIATELY!! Really??? You gave me an email that doesn't work? And this is suppose to assure me that you are a reputable company and that you are going to fix the problem and give me the link so I can use the product I bought??? Seriously???

They may be made of any material such as nylon, metal or leather. A six-foot length is commonly used for walking and in training classes, though leashes come in lengths both shorter and longer. A long line (also called a lunge line) can be 3 metres (ten feet) or more in length, and are often used to train the dog to come when called from a distance.

With your dog sitting at your side, set off and give the command “heel” (so that your dog is aware you are about to move). If the dog gets ahead, stop and encourage it back to your side with a titbit. Repeat. To begin with, stop every three to four paces to praise your dog and give a titbit. Do not use your voice unless your dog is at your side. You can also practise this off-lead in a secure area – this makes you work really hard at keeping your dog with you, rather than relying on the lead.
