Apart from the main membership site at $37, you had ordered the hard copy at $101.95 and you had opted for the Deluxe version of training course at $97. That is why you noticed 3 charges on your card. We received an email from you on 23-Jan-2018 to cancel your subscription to Elite Dog Club - which was promptly honored and you were not charged for any recurring payment. We could not find any phone call from you in our log and neither any Support Ticket asking us to refund the other charges. Had we received any such request, even to the same email ID where you requested to cancel your Elite Dog Club subscription, we would have issued a refund promptly. Just before the 120 days of our money back guarantee period came to a completion, you have filed for chargebacks - for both the Deluxe version and the hard copy. We do understand you didn't need the Deluxe version and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. But even here you have mentioned that you wanted the hard copy. I wonder why did you still ask for a chargeback for the same.

We also have an Elite Dog Club - where we provide one on one calls with trainers, q&a with our experts etc. If you subscribe to that, then it will be $37 per month - till you cancel the monthly membership. But you can always opt out of that during ordering. Then you will be only charged $37 on the day of ordering. You will not be charged in future again. Hope this helps. Novice dog owners need to consider a dog's trainability as well as its energy level, exercise requirements, and other factors before choosing a new pet. Very high intelligence is not necessarily a good thing in a companion dog, as smart dogs can require extensive daily mental stimulation if they are not to become bored and destructive.

When you arrive to class we ask that you keep your distance from other owners and dogs, we will guide you over to your personal ‘pod’ which will be a small area reserved for you and your dog. This will give your dogs the best chance to feel comfortable and calm at the start of class. Once everyone has settled in their own areas your coach will start the class, there will be some time set aside for practical training and discussing key messages. In puppy classes there will also be some time scheduled for socialising with other class members.
Prong collars (also called 'pinch collars') are a series of chain links with blunted open ends turned towards the dog's neck. The design of the prong collar is such that it has a limited circumference unlike slip collars which do not have a limit on how far they can constrict on a dog's neck. The limited traction of the martingale chain combined with the angle of the prongs prevents the prongs moving close enough to pinch. The collar is designed to prevent the dog from pulling by applying pressure at each point against the dog's neck.
