As part of your puppy’s training, then, you should do everything you can to ensure that your puppy can’t get into trouble in the first place. If you do want to buy it I suggest you use paypal who will back you up if you want a refund. Visa will too but it's more difficult.

We could not find any phone call from you in our log and neither any Support Ticket asking us to refund the other charges. Had we received any such request, even to the same email ID where you requested to cancel your Elite Dog Club subscription, we would have issued a refund promptly. We do understand you didn't need the Deluxe version and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. But even here you have mentioned that you wanted the hard copy. I wonder why did you still ask for a chargeback for the same.
