I'm on disability, I ordered the course and also paid for monthly membership thing. Thought it was my phone, that it wouldn't bring up any of the sites I received. After $150 plus $37 elite members fee,still no access to anything. I tried to let them know I coudn't bring stuff up.Fraudulent charges on card,so card is temporally frozen. Then I get text monthly payment not going thru,called and they were supposed to return my call. GOT CANCLED, (Ok by me I guess after seeing the other reviews)won't get my money back, but no more charges either!!!! I did receive the paper back book though,verry expensive paper back at that price! Any way hope others have better luck, me im an IDIOT, and in dept for something I believed could help. Good thing for other reviews, I will cancel frozen card and get new one so no more fraudulent charges can be made,it won't exist anymore. As to that a big THANKS, good luck to anyone else and as for the company , carma sucks.
I read many reviews about TrainPetDog.com and signed up anyway. After seeing the presentation I was very impressed with the insight presented in training a dog. It was not completely relevant but I appreciate the professionalism put into the content. The information provided in the online service is excellent. Very informative, detailed, and logically progressive. I have had great results training my puppy using the database thus far. In fact , I ordered the book and decided a week later I did not want it because the online version was more than adequate and they refunded my money right away. I agree that when you sigh up they promote much more than I was willing to sign up for but it was not an issue for me. If I were running this business, I would probably do the same.I am deducting one star for that reason alone because it did get very confusing. . Bottom line, the content is very well written, constructed, intuitive to follow and I am getting excellent results with my training.
Luckily I didn't get any of the products that I was offered but subscribed anyways. I only unsubscribed today because I got two creepy emails. The first one was: Is your dog's life worth a $1 to you? This was because I wasn't clicking on any links I was sent and didn't buy any products. But the last one is what really shook me. It said; Hunter, is your dog dying a slow death? So I read this companies response back to me and it asks me to send them some info so I find my original info for the purchase to prove I bought the training stuff and copied and pasted the email she gave me so there would be no mistake... When you arrive to class we ask that you keep your distance from other owners and dogs, we will guide you over to your personal ‘pod’ which will be a small area reserved for you and your dog. Once everyone has settled in their own areas your coach will start the class, there will be some time set aside for practical training and discussing key messages.
