If you’re a bit of a control freak and you expect your puppy to have mastered all of your commands in the first couple of weeks, you may be disappointed. Young puppies, in particular, have a lot to take in in the first few weeks as they settle into their new home away from their mom and litter mates. Prong collars must never be turned inside out (with the prongs facing away from the dog's skin), as this may cause injury against the body and head. Our training classes are aimed at giving you information and skills that you can apply to your puppy’s behaviour in any situation. It may be possible for us to help you in a class setting, or it may be that your coach will recommend a 1-1 session with a trainer or behaviourist.
